F.A.Q. System Requirements Support
  1. I am interested in the ABLS–Now course. Whom should I contact?
    • The ABLS–Now course is sponsored by the American Burn Association. Individuals interested in applying to the course may find more information here. Click here to download the Course Application form. Print and fax the completed form to (312) 642-9130.

  2. How do I register to the ABLS-Now site?
    • If you are registering as an individual, and are not associated with a group, please click here, select Enroll and complete steps 1 through 5. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your registration is approved, and your account has been activated.

    • If you are registering as part of a group, and have the group code, please click here, select Enroll and complete steps 1 through 5. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your registration is approved, and your account has been activated.

    • If you do not have the group code, please contact your organization’s course administrator.

  3. How do I login to the ABLS-Now site?
    • If you have not yet registered to the ABLS-Now site, and would like to register, please follow the steps from Answer 2 above.

    • If you have registered, but are unsure how to login to the ABLS-Now course on SiTEL.

      1. Go to Login
      2. Type the id you registered with in the Login Name field.
      3. Type the password you created during registration in the Password field.
      4. Click Login.

    • If you do not remember your id and/or password:

      1. Fill out and submit the Support Request Form under the Support Tab. A Help Desk representative will respond within one business day (M-F, 8am-6pm, E.S.T.).

             or

      2. Contact the SiTEL Help Desk on 1.877.SITELMS (1.877.748.3567).

  4. I forgot my ABLS-Now login id? How can I retrieve it?
    • Your ABLS-Now login id is the email id you provided when you registered to the site.

    • If you do not remember your id:

      1. Fill out and submit the Support Request Form under the Support Tab. A Help Desk representative will respond within one business day (M-F, 8am-6pm, E.S.T.).

             or

      2. Contact the SiTEL Help Desk on 1.877.SITELMS (1.877.748.3567).

  5. I forgot my ABLS-Now password. How can I retrieve it?
    • To retrieve your password:

      1. Click here to access the Password Reminder, and follow the steps to retrieve your password.
             or
      2. Fill out and submit the Support Request Form under the Support Tab. A Help Desk representative will respond within one business day (M-F, 8am-6pm, E.S.T.).

             or

      3. Contact the SiTEL Help Desk on 1.877.SITELMS (1.877.748.3567).

  6. Who is my CE Manager?
    • Your CE Manager is your organization’s contact person for the administration of the ABLS-Now course.

    • To locate your CE Manager: Sign-in to the ABLS-Now site, go to User Utilities > Profile, and scroll down to Current Account Info to find your CE Manager listed.

  7. I am having some technical problems. What should I do?
    • The following actions may help:
      1. Clearing browser cache and cookies usually resolves some technical problems. To learn how to delete browser cache and cookies, read below:

        For Internet Explorer, watch this video and follow the steps below:

        • Go to Internet Explorer.
        • Click the Tools tab in the Menu Bar at the top of the page.
        • Go to Internet Options.
        • This will open a new window. Click the General tab.
        • On the General tab, in the Browsing History section, click the Delete button.
        • This will open a new window. Check the fields you wish you delete, making sure to check the Temporary Internet Files and Cookies fields. This will delete all browser cookies and cache.
        • Click OK to exit.

        For Mozilla Firefox, follow the steps below:

        • Go to Mozilla Firefox.
        • Click the Tools tab in the Menu Bar at the top of the page.
        • Go to Clear Recent History.
        • This will open a new window. Click the arrow next to Details.
        • Check the fields you wish to delete, making sure to check Cookies and Cache.
        • Click Clear Now. This will delete all browser cookies and cache.

      2. Disabling Pop-up blocker:
        On Internet Explorer, check your web page for a yellow bar toward the top of the page, under the menu bar, that may indicate that a pop-up was blocked. Should you find such a message, right click on the bar, and check Allow Pop-ups.

        On Mozilla Firefox, check your web page for a yellow bar toward the top of the page, under the menu bar, that may indicate that a pop-up was blocked. Should you find such a message, right click on the bar and click Allow.

      3. If you continue to face technical problems, fill out and submit the Support Request Form under the Support Tab. A Help Desk representative will respond within one business day (M-F, 8am-6pm, E.S.T.).

  8. How can I get assistance with an issue not listed here?
